When you have that intimate and personal relationship with God, you should know that your dating and relationship standards should not be according to the world but according to the Word. One thing that I continue to learn on my singleness journey is to never be afraid of singleness but rather, be afraid of wasting your time committing to a pointless relationship. Encourage Yourself in the Lord
1 Samuel 30:6 tells us, “And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the Lord his God,” (KJV). Stay Focused
It is so easy to get distracted and caught up when we face difficulties and encounter frustration.
